En Alsace, le 6 décembre est une fête très célèbre. Saint Nicolas, patron des écoliers, fait le tour des écoles pour féliciter et gâter les enfants sages, tandis que le père Fouettard punit sévèrement les plus dissipés. 😥
C'est aussi le jour de manger de bons Manalas (ou Mannele pour les Bas-Rhinois) avec un chocolat bien chaud, de quoi se régaler ! 😋
